The point is if Tommy’s brain wasn’t so fucked up and chock full with mental illness and insecurity then maybe he wouldn’t be letting this small trivial thing mess with him.īut at the end of the day Tommy is just a seventeen year old kid. And if he wasn’t so annoying and overbearing maybe Wilbur would have liked him the way he does now. Maybe if Tommy wasn’t so insecure and sensitive then this wouldn’t have bothered him so much. Tommy isn’t afraid to admit that Wilbur is one of his role models. Other than the whole “claiming each other as brothers thing” it’s widely known that Tommy looks up to the musician. He’s way closer to Wilbur now than he used to be.īut the idea that Wilbur didn’t like him at one point makes him feel borderline ill. I mean obviously it’s pointless and dumb. Maybe it’s stupid to be caught up on this. But he doesn’t seem to like Tommy the way he does now. And yeah sure Wilbur laughs and is having fun. He looks borderline annoyed in all honesty. In the old clip Wilbur is holding himself firmly. Now the old clip… Well that’s the part that is making him doubt everything. It seemed like he genuinely seemed happy.
In the recent clip of them Wilbur is grinning and laughing. Watching these clips and seeing the difference… The only way to describe it is like playing your favorite song but with only sour notes. Wilbur cemented himself in the role of older brother and has said time and time again he’s going nowhere. How could he not? The musician tells him practically every day.
